Okay, I am completely missing the point of https://algorithm-free.com/. What does it denote? Isn’t it undermined by the fact that a server without any information about it will be tracking your site’s visitors if one copies that link, verbatim?
It is ironic I suppose that the algorithm-free.com site could track users if button deployed in recommended way. Clearly they should fix that.
Presumably it’s meant to denote that a site with the button isn’t showing different things to different people (which of course would be accomplished by software, ie “algorithms”), though admittedly it’s not quite as simple as that. Anyway a static site with no javascript would be clearly algorithm free. Facebook is clearly algorithm dominated.
