Amtrak's website account system is the worst

I wish I had logged all the times over the years that Amtrak’s website has punched me in the face. I hate it. I have never, ever been able to reset my password once. It takes dozens of times and weeks for their system to get this figured out. Still!

I hate you, Amtrak website account system.


Meanwhile, why is the train selection a radio button selection then an add to cart button above it (that I always forget is there)?


I have ~1,950 points that are going to expire in the only points system I’ve ever participated, and can’t log in to use them, and am pretty sure that isn’t even that many. Meh.
