I stayed up a little late last night/this morning thinking about parts of video games harmful to childrens’ routines, and how 40 years of game design have produced some really addictive game loops.

Also, added Drink water to my morning routine items, and it is working out; it activates my body faster, providing a better overview of what is going on: Am I hungry? Tired? Thirsty? Anxious?

Water the body.
