Card gayme logic

Mechanics are tags, actions are conditional widget in a single form.

I know that’s like, the weirdest note, but I have a hard time keeping it in mind, so writing it down to cement.

Arbitrary cards, mechanics added as tags, but only expressed once the form has been updated. Everything else is tag states, and their manipulation.
