I have notes scattered across notebooks on how to sync notes in digital notebooks so I have notes whenever I want to note something notable.

Like this one, in which I propose we do a comprehensive note-app roundup. Because I have lots of thoughts, and this is probably one of my favorite things to do (it is like how I can’t really not walk past a Moleskin display without looking, despite no interest in buying them anymore).
While I am only interested in FOSS apps, I suppose we ought to look at closed products for feature completeness.
What other criteria is useful?
