I was on the GNOME Discourse site and there is a notice:
We’ve now added the “Applications” category. This is for discussion of various apps that GNOME produces. Please tag posts with the application name if possible.
NOTE: not all application maintainers are using Discourse yet, you may also want to try a mailing list for support.
That means there will be an RSS feed for each app-as-tag!
