i can’t tet enough air with my cpap on. makes me panic.

I’ve never done logs before, I hope I’m doing this right.

Yesterday I was dreaming all day about smashing things because my anger just keeps accumulating, and I was even planning how I could collect some things to destroy. But then on the way home last night there was a pile of junk electronics on the sidewalk in a somewhat low traffic area like a gift from the universe, so I smashed them all and it was great. Today I feel much better, still angry obviously but not feeling an overwhelming need to destroy things.

Sickness has descended on my family, so navigating that situation. I’m fine but I can feel my immune system straining. :sweat_smile:
