May 31st - Friday

I usually try to walk 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes during lunch around campus. Though I usually skip this ritual on days I work remotely, or cannibalize the morning walk time if im running late, etc, etc.

I’ve gotten pretty good this week of getting a little more agressive about it and doing it on days im working from home too. Feels good.

Finished up my presentation proposals and got them in under the deadline.

Was supposed to meet the aforementioned handyman this afternoon but he had to cancel. So im getting an early start on laundry instead.

Next week promises to be a little hectic, but this weekend looks pleasantly quiet.

good work with the walking @trashHeap! a Habitica community that i joined has monthly challenges and last month one was “find an opportunity to get in some exercise,” like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or walking instead of whatever else. I only did that Habit sometimes. haha. but at least it got me thinking about it.
