I’m struggling with how many things I was looking forward to were taken away, all at once.
So I’m starting a new practice. Maybe you’ll join me — find things to look forward to tomorrow and next week, not just the uncertain “when all this is over.”
Call it, dunno, #nearcheer?

Right now my #nearcheer is pancakes tomorrow! With cinnamon apples and whipped cream, if I’m feeling extra fancy…
Later in the week, I’m going to do ridiculous smoky eye makeup and it will be HILARIOUS.
