Solarus won't launch in Fedora

Solarus (https://www.solarus-games.org) is a game engine to make Zelda-type games. Vegan on a Desert Island is made with it.

I’m trying to run it in Fedora, via snap, but am failing. Here’s the message I left at https://www.solarus-games.org/en/about/contact

When launching the game in Fedora I get the following response:

WARNING: cgroup v2 is not fully supported yet, proceeding with partial confinement
This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin “wayland-egl”
in “”.

Available platform plugins are: eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, vnc, xcb.

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
Aborted (core dumped)

The snapcraft.yml may be updated to accommodate this scenario, I think; sorry, I don’t know much about this.

The forums and GitLab are not allowing new accounts, and I don’t use Discord. I hope this is enough to make it’s way as an issue for the snap package.

Hopefully this will get some traction, would love to play with Solarus! Even better would be someone figuring out how to fix the flatpak
